We're Off

Well, my house is as clean as I could get it in a day. Most of the laundry is done and put away. There is food for the kids and Mom to eat. I even made cupcakes. Gary and I will be on our way to his grandmother's funeral. My mom will stay here with the kids. It's funny, but it seems like a big deal to go away for overnight-maybe because it wasn't planned way in advance. We just don't get away that often and when we do, it's planned way ahead of time. It'll be the first trip in Gary's new car. Well, please send some prayers up for Mom and the kids as well as Gary's extended family. Thanks!
