Being the Coach's Kids

The "benefit" of being the coach's kids is that you get to start soccer drills BEFORE the season starts!
The kids spent about 25 minutes working the drills tonight instead of running their mile. (Nathan was not here, so he's not in any pictures!)

Oh, and you can take me out of the "Mother of the Year" competition. When we came in, Danny told me he had goosebumps. Kaylyn said, "Ohhhhh, he has the fever!" I said, "No he doesn't...wait, go get the thermometer." Yep you guessed it, he had 101.2. Poor guy. He was out doing soccer drills SICK! Bless his heart, he never even complained. The only thing he said when he came in was that his throat hurt a little and he had goosebumps. That's my Danny, a real trouper. He almost never complains, even as a small baby. Collin is the last one to resist this summer illness. The others have had the fever and ended up on antibiotics...wonder if Danny will.
